Project Brief

1st Unit | To shoot interviews of the event’s attendees

2nd Unit | To shoot prescheduled interviews in a contained room with a seamless background

Technical Requirements

First Unit | Tristan (Camera) & HENNING (Sound Operator)

• 2 x cameras A7s

• 1 x Gimbal Ronin S2

• 1 x Tripod (for B roll or 2nd angle)

• 1 x Boom Mic

• 1 x Portable Light (for darker areas)

Second Unit | Gabriel (Camera) & Jonny (producer)

• 1 x Camera (A7iii)

• 1 x Tripod

• 1 x Seamless Background (Grey or Black)

• Background Stands

• Lights (to be confirmed)

PRODUCTION SCHEDULE

Sunday May 30th

Hamburg travel to Berlin, location is Sonnenallee 225, 12057 Berlin . (VW Polo provided, 3 seats available)

MONDAY MAY 31TH | Shoot Day 1

9am Call Time / 7pm End Time

All crew (except editor, 11am call time)

TUESDAY JUNE 1st

Berlin return travel to Hamburg (VW Polo provided, 3 seats available)
